Happy 5th Birthday, Isaac!

Yes, its true....we have a FIVE year old!
We started celebrating on his birthday, Friday with a family party at Grandmommy and Grandad's house! Of course we celebrated with requested blue cake with blue sprinkles.....
..and of course blue kool-aid! We are still on our blue kick!

Everyone is ready to party!

Next stop...The Jumping Party place to party with our friends. This is our first party to invite Isaac's classmates. He was SOOO excited!

This is about as close as I got to get a picture of him during the jumping time. Here are my boys getting ready..or already sliding..down the big slide!

My birthday boy ready to blow out his candle.

(Don't even ask about this cake....what every mom's worst nightmare for picking up birthday cakes happened. I tried to be Miss EasyGoing to pick the cake and balloons up on the way to the party and not make us drive extra to pick it up early and drive back and forth from Donna's . Let's just say I will never take that route again. Let's also say thank goodness Lesley was with me so I did not even have tears over this...
I walk in to pick up the cake but only NO CAKE. No records, AND no person anywhere that knows anything about cakes. So yes, I freaked out and yelled at innocent people who chose to make bread while I had no cake. So yes, I was mean and ended up with this cake. Did Isaac care? No. We all survived and I will never pretend to be Miss EasyGoing again. :) )

...again don't make comments about this black icing cake. :)

Isaac just had to have a "present opening chair" like Lanie did, so here he is in his special chair! :)
Isaac and all his friends checking out his gifts!

We ended the night with a slumber party at Tammie's house. Here are the kiddos...minus Spence....putting on a show. Thanks Tammie for letting us party at your house!

Introducing...Brayden, Spencer, Taylor, Isaac, and Bryce!

Happy Birthday my Isaac!

That video was great! We had a great time. Brayden didn't get out of his pj's until he took a bath that night! Hooray for pj days!

Every Mom has to have at least one cake story. I am proud of you for being able to cope and still party. I love the pic with his black icing lips. Too funny. Looks like you had a great time. Wish we could have been there to help celebrate birthday number 5!
