Where does the time go?

Well, we can never say we do not have fun around here.
Here are a few pictures of what we have been up to in just the past month!

Do these boys look sick? They have been taking turns running silly little fevers keeping us at home hanging out together. We enjoyed slowing down and being together, but our sick leave at work looks a little sad. Oh well....I have to say I enjoyed spending some extra time with my little men.

Happy Halloween!

The boys chose to carve one big pumpkin this year. We usually just have painted them. Since they are older we thought it would be fun to carve one. Isaac drew the mouth, Greg the nose, and Spencer the eyes.

Poor Spence had a fever that kept him from enjoying his schools trick-or-treat party so we had to help him have his own at our house. Greg had him all dressed up when Isaac and I got home. We were assigned stations and Spencer trick or treated his little heart out. Good save, Daddy!

We were joined by our friends Zach (the ninja), Logan (the bride) , her sister Anslee (the cat not looking) and of course our storm troopers, Cody and Captain Rex I think...... They had a great time. They got tons of candy in just a few blocks!
Little did we know Isaac was about to come down with the swine during the night.
(and no...no one else caught it from him :) )

Spencer making sure Logan wasn't "scared" during Scooby Doo.
At least that is what these two said...... :)

Blastball End of the Year Party

Spencer finished Blastball. We had a fun pizza party to celebrate.
Way to go Cardinals! (and Coach Greg)

Happy 6th Birthday, Isaac!

Last weekend we celebrated Isaac turning SIX!
I really can't believe he is six. He has really turned into a very good and caring boy. We are so proud of him these days.
He chose an army theme and we had tons of fun with it!

Lesley made these awesome cupcakes!
And yes, I put men with guns on them and actually thought they were kind of cute! Thanks Lesley for the hard work!
Everyone came in the camo gear and we painted their faces and tied on bandannas.Isaac and Taylor waiting for the obstacle course to begin.
(Look how old they look. )
Isaac made it through the tunnel!
I borrowed awesome equipment from our pe teacher and made a fun course.
We actually had fun with it all week down our hallway, too! :)

We made cards for real soldiers.
Everyone brought donations to create some care packages and we ended up making FIVE packages! Thanks everyone!

Happy 6th Birthday, Isaac!

Congratulations, Kori!

On Saturday we celebrated the wedding of our close friend, Kori.
She married a great guy. I had fun helping to decorate the church and be the "errand runner" for the day. It was a perfect wedding. We had a great time.
I am soooooo happy for her!

(I had to steal these pictures from Lesley's blog because I forgot my camera!)

Reward Time!

Finally, last night we had a blast taking our boys bowling. They had picked bowling as a reward for getting greens the entire six weeks at school!
That is hard to do- way to go boys! We are so proud of you both!

What more fun can we think of???????? :)

Isaac's card to the solider made my eyes a little teary. Just think of how that solider will smile when he reads it. What a great party idea! I love the picture of Isaac and Taylor, he looks so serious. It reminded me of his baseball face :) Stay healthy and enjoy the week off from school!
