Happy Birthday, Jackson Reed!

Jackson Reed Lemons was finally born Wednesday, February 10th! I had asked my doctor to induce me to avoid a Valentine's Day baby and he said "Sure- how about Wednesday..." and so it was!
It was almost a super smooth and easy delivery. Jackson decided to almost fall out at the end and my epidural could not keep up. I will leave the rest for your imagination. Yes...it was not fun. But it was quick- I will say that. :)
Regardless, our littlest man is here and we are so glad. He is perfect in all ways. He has been a very sweet and easy baby this first week.
Hopefully, it will stay that way. :)
a proud daddy with his 3rd look alike baby
All my men.....what a life I get to lead!
...a few VERY proud and excited big brothers

Coming home....we came home Thursday around 5- almost 24 hours after Jackson arrived-
Because of this......

A huge amount of snow- 14 inches actually fell in Keller on Thursday. We were afraid of getting iced in the hospital so we came on home.
..what a sweet face he has.
...oh yeah- Happy Valentine's Day!
Jackson's first bath- with big brother Spencer in charge and doing a great job I might add!
Proud brother Spencer
Proud brother Isaac. My friend Erica, his teacher, took pictures at the hospital and Isaac went everywhere to show them off!
Thanks Erica for doing that for my big boys.

My sweet little man.....

This my friend, Tierra's baby, Taryn. They are pretty much the same size and exactly one week apart. We are going to have so much fun with these two little ones. :)

We are so happy and thankful for our newest little guy.
We are going to have so much fun with all our little boys!

Donna and Gerald update:
I know many of you want to know how they are coping. (They lost their house to a fire on February 6th.) They are really doing great. They are staying with us as they finalize some plans on renting a house in their neighborhood. They should be in that house by the end of February. They are well into the process of replacing their cars and have decided to rebuild the same house right where it was. They are coping well and I can definitely tell you they are feeling the powers of all of your prayers.
It really is an amazing thing.

Angie, Greg, Isaac and Spencer- Congratulations! Jackson is just heavenly, what a precious gift! I wish we could come see him along with the rest of the Lemons boys. You will definitely have your hands full but what a wonderful time you all will have. Eli is almost 18 months and our three have such fun playing together. We wish you all the best and will keep you in our prayers. Please let Donna and Gerald know that we are praying for them as well. Miss you all! Love, Kim, Nick, Colson, Elena and Eli
