Potty Boot Camp

Yikes....this by far is the most challenging part of having kids. And grossest. We are officially potty training. This is actually our second "official" start. I gave up after about 2 days in early June. This time we are not looking back. I have been holed up at home taking Isaac to go potty every hour. This is a picture on our first day. I think I can win the potty disaster contest with what happened on day one. I found Spencer playing with small round brown balls in the dining room. Oh yes....Isaac had pooped and because his little buns are so small he is basically walking around with a waistband only touching his skin. His little undies are nothing but gaps around the legs. So...I grab up Spencer and while I am washing him off...and no, relax, he did not taste it... Isaac decides to take Spencer's walker and smoosh all the little poop balls into poop patties. So I did spank him for that one...and sent him to wait in the bathroom while I cleaned up the floor. While I cleaned up Isaac, I hear the walker going with Spencer just laughing away. Yes..I forgot to clean the walker and now I have poop tracks to clean up. Lovely. And why is the potty in the hallway?? Well, to top it all off our power went off from 1-6 on a 130 degree day. I love it.
We are on day three and after many "potty presents"(= bribes) he is no longer hiding from me when it is time to go try...he is actually going all the time to get another present. Whatever works...right??? ANY advice is welcome on this one! :) Send some potty prayers this way! Will I ever get to leave my house again?????
