Chicago Continued....Read the other post first...

I couldn't fit all the pictures I needed to before...

This is our view from our dinner on the 95th floor of the John Hancock building...we looked down the fireworks!

Our first room was NOT the four star hotel we had signed up for...it was soooo tiny. Holiday Inns are way better than this room! What you see is all there was....the bathroom had just enough space to not sit on the toilet while you brushed your teeth! The bed had to have been a full sized bed....Sooo....

We asked for a better room and our LAST night we could actually move around! (Did you notice the giant purple plums on the beds...The W is too cool for us...)

The view from the ferris wheel on the Navy Pier.

Chicago really is a great place... I didn't have room to add a picture of North Beach. I had doubts about a vacation to Chicago but we really had a blast...even in the heat!

Chicago is my FAVORITE city. It's so clean and so much to do.
It even trumphs New York for me because there is less people and you can breathe there without worrying what you are breathing in.

I'm jealous. I need a vacation something awful. :) Thanks for letting me live through you. hee!

We did see MANY little girls with their American Girl bags. I do need a little girl one day...one far away day...:) It really was a great trip. I have to say...it may rank right up there with New York City. It has the same feel with all the buildings, but not quite so crowded. Too bad it was a million degrees....:)
